The process of building a home can sometimes seem to be tedious, with a lot of uncertainty on costs involved with construction itself. Financial surprises mainly arise from pre-build site works costs, addition of luxurious features in the home, upgrading or changing features from the original contract, post-building work including driveway and landscaping.

At Casagrande Homes, we offer a customised turnkey package for each of our clients as per their budget and requirements. We understand it is not one size fits all. Each client is unique with what they envision for their home and we are here to provide bespoke services to build a home for them to cherish for years to come.

Home is ready to move into

By definition, a turnkey home is one that is ready for move-in upon handover of keys. As part of our building services, we provide a customised design package that is not limited to just building the home and its internal facilities. We provide post-build services of installing a clothesline in the backyard, building a concrete, coloured driveway, setting up a customised letterbox with the house number and landscaping with buffalo grass in backyard and up front. Upon handover, the home is ready to be moved into immediately.

Fixed Price with no hidden costs

All costs involved in construction are included in the initial contract value. The contact clearly outlines inclusions, materials used, appliances and services provided in the entire project. Transparency in the contract alleviates stress and provides clients with certainty and peace of mind. No Additional charges for variations

Variations in the original contract, within reasonable measure, can be factored in during the construction phase at no additional cost.

Additional Services

We cater to additional services like installation of solar panels system and home automation system at reasonable extra costs.
